Update on Cropping

All the crops are in the ground and spraying has begun. We have approx 200 ac of grain and soybeans in the ground and the weather has been very good with excellent growth so far.

Spring 2013

It has been one of the driest springs I can remember. We received 3/4 " rain yesterday and that was the largest rainfall since the snow melted. Cropping is progressing with the barley in and oats will soon follow. More pictures to come.

MARITIME ANGUS ASSOCIATION JUNIOR SHOW AND FIELD DAY-2013

The 2013 Maritime Angus Junior show and Field day is scheduled for June 14-15, 2013. The event is being hosted by the Nova Scotia Angus Association and will take place in Truro and Bible Hill, Nova Scotia.

Animals entered in the Junior Show will be housed in the 4-H Barn on the Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition grounds in Bible Hill. The show on Saturday afternoon will take place in the MacMillan Show centre, also on the NSPE grou...
